BigDog Support Services is proud to be a registered provider with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Registration demonstrates our commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred supports that meet the rigorous standards set by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
As a registered NDIS provider, BigDog undergoes regular independent audits to ensure our services continue to meet national quality and safeguarding requirements. These standards cover important areas including participant rights, privacy and dignity, governance, risk management, incident reporting, worker screening, and the delivery of safe and effective supports.
For participants, registration provides confidence that they are receiving services from an organisation that has been independently assessed and is committed to continuous improvement. It also means our staff receive appropriate training and work within established policies and procedures designed to protect the wellbeing, safety and rights of every person we support.
Being a registered provider also enables BigDog to support participants whose NDIS plans are Agency-managed, while continuing to provide services to participants who choose Plan Management or Self-Management where appropriate. Regardless of how a participant manages their funding, our focus remains the same—to provide flexible, reliable and personalised support that helps people achieve their goals and enjoy greater independence.
